A useful AI employee is the result of eight decisions made in order. Select a step to see what is defined and who typically leads it.

What gets defined
Performance review feeds back into the business mission: roles are refined, expanded or retired.
The individual first-AI-employee offer stays exactly as it is. This enterprise path is for organizations that need an accountable role designed, configured and accepted inside their own environment.
AI SWAT is a specialized, time-boxed multidisciplinary intervention. It diagnoses a business problem and produces an actionable executive plan. Scope, duration and deliverables are confirmed for each engagement.
01
Frame the business problem and decide what is worth investigating.
02
Examine the material, systems and constraints that bear on the problem.
03
Place the problem in its enterprise architecture context.
04
Lay out the actions that address the cause, in sequence.
05
Package the first bounded mission so a pilot can start without rework.
06
Deliver the evidence and options leadership needs to decide.
Possible implementations include the channels below, subject to commercial agreements and technical validation. Infobip is an example of a potential third-party integration provider; it is not an existing commercial partner of ARCHAITECTS.
Confirm who is on the other side before any account-specific information is used.
Honor each channel's consent and opt-out rules before engaging.
Limit the role to the actions it is approved to take in each system.
Hand the conversation to a person on defined triggers, with a case summary.
Keep a record of what was said and done so it can be reviewed.
Use only the customer data the task needs, and nothing more.

No. A DOT is designed as a role: a defined responsibility, approved context, permissions and a human approval boundary. It may offer a conversational interface, but conversation is only one way of working with it.
They can be designed to hand work to one another, for example an EA DOT passing an impact view to a CFO DOT for scenario costing. Each hand-off is defined in the workflow, recorded, and subject to the same human approval boundaries. Collaboration patterns are scoped per implementation.
Only the systems, data and actions explicitly approved in the permission matrix, and only where it is technically and contractually feasible. Where possible we start with read-only access. Access is validated during discovery, not assumed.
Not by default. The role blueprints prepare, draft and recommend. Approval of transactions stays with the accountable person unless your organization formally defines otherwise within its own controls, and any such design is scoped with care.
Your organization. Every AI employee has a named human owner who approves outputs and actions within the defined scope.
Through defined review points, source references on outputs, escalation and stop conditions, and a performance review that records errors and decides whether to refine, restrict or retire the role.
No. Architecture context is established during discovery with your teams and from material you approve for use. The agents do not autonomously discover or map your estate as part of this offer.
The 30-Day Governed Agent Mission Pilot covers discovery and scope, responsibility definition, a permission matrix, workflow configuration, testing and acceptance, human escalation, and a results review. External software, model, infrastructure and communications fees are scoped separately.
Often, yes. We design on the platforms and models your organization has already approved, subject to technical validation during discovery.
ARCHAI WORLD Studio and University remain separate offers and are not replaced by this path. ARCHAITECTS designs and implements the specialized AI employees and the governed workflow architecture around them. A Studio mission can be a bounded starting point where it fits. Scope, billing and terms are separate.
