4. AI Usage Disclaimer

This section is critical for all users.

  • Assistive Nature: AI outputs provided by our platform are assistive tools, not definitive answers. They are designed to support, not replace, human judgment.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs. Review and validate all AI-generated content before acting on it.
  • No Liability: ARCHAI WORLD™ is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on AI outputs.

5. Payments & Access

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated in specific service agreements
  • Access to paid services is conditional on maintaining good standing
  • Abuse of services may result in access suspension or termination
  • Pricing and features are subject to change with notice

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCHAI WORLD™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

8. Updates to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
