Work with us to define one responsibility, configure it on approved tools, test its work and hand over an AI Employee Passport. Your team retains authority. If you want to start with a bounded industry deliverable, explore Studio's Assessment, Pilot and Recurring services.
Delivery is scoped to your available tools, permissions, and approved data. A working session defines the role; configuration and testing follow on an agreed timeline.
You don't have a productivity problem. You have a leverage problem.
Your business is losing time and money in tasks that an AI Employee should be executing right now. Every hour spent on manual work is an hour not spent on what only you can do.
The new question is no longer: "How do I use AI?"
"Which task should I replace first with an AI Employee?"
Repetitive execution — consuming senior hours that should be focused on strategy and growth
Expensive hiring — for tasks that AI can support at lower cost, under defined human review
Slow follow-up — creating gaps between intent and execution — the gap where revenue disappears
Content bottlenecks — blocking distribution, authority, and market presence at every turn
Decisions on hold — because the person with the data and authority are never in the same room
The AI Employee System™
A governed workforce. Not a collection of prompts.
The ARCHAI WORLD™ AI Employee System is a premium implementation framework that teaches you how to build, deploy, and govern AI Employees inside your real business.
Step 01
Build Your First AI Employee
Design one real AI Employee that performs an actual business task with governance built in. Not a prompt. Not a chatbot. A governed agent with a role, a policy, and a defined review step.
Step 02
Multiply Into a Workforce
Clone, adapt, and multiply your AI Employees across sales, content, operations, and strategy. Each one governed by the same policy framework. Additional responsibilities are configured and tested within the agreed tools, access and review cadence.
Step 03
Deploy Into Real Work
Move beyond prompts and connect your AI Employees to workflows, tools, and business results. This is execution — not experimentation. Measured by outcomes, not outputs.
How The System Fits Together
Six terms worth understanding before you build your first AI Employee.
The AI Employee System is a set of connected pieces, not a single tool. Here is what each one actually does — with the source material behind each answer.
What Is An AI Employee?
A governed agent with one real responsibility.
Authorized access, clear boundaries, a review step, and a named human owner who signs off before its work counts. Not a chatbot. Not a collection of prompts.
ARCHAI WORLD™ Methodology
The E.M.P.L.O.Y.E.E. Framework™
Eight principles. One governed AI workforce. The same framework used in enterprise deployments across 45 countries — now available for your business.
E
Engineer the Role
Define the AI Employee's function, scope, and decision boundaries with precision
M
Map the Knowledge
Inject your organization's context, tone, policies, and expertise into the agent
P
Prompt the Brain
Architect the prompt stack that governs how the agent reasons and responds
L
Link the Tools
Connect the AI Employee to the tools, APIs, and data sources it needs to act
O
Orchestrate the Workflow
Define the sequence, triggers, and escalation logic that governs autonomous operation
Y
Yield Results
Measure outputs against business outcomes — not just activity or impressions
E
Evolve Continuously
Refine, retrain, and improve the agent as your business and market evolve
E
Expand the Workforce
Clone the architecture across departments, functions, and verticals at enterprise scale

See It In Action
Start with a responsibility worth delegating.
Pick a starting scenario below. Every AI Employee we build gets an AI Employee Passport like this one — its role, its approved inputs, what it may do on its own, and what it must escalate to a human.
Responsibility
Prepare a recurring decision briefing from approved sources.
Approved inputs
Selected reports, internal documents, and approved public sources.
Deliverable
A concise briefing with citations, changes, and open questions for review.
Human review
A designated leader approves the briefing and any distribution.
Pilot boundaryPreparation and review only. No autonomous external distribution.
Illustrative passport

Human owner
A designated leader approves the briefing and any distribution.
This is a page interaction, not a live agent control panel. Every AI Employee we build gets its own passport before it executes anything.
These are representative starting scenarios. Your actual workflow is scoped with you before configuration begins.
OpenAI DevDay 2026 · Dots & ChatGPT Space
Segment: 3:01–6:21 from OpenAI DevDay 2026 Keynote (FULL)
Early on Dots & ChatGPT Space
We're already working with Dots and ChatGPT Space.
We use OpenAI Dots and ChatGPT Space directly in our own delivery work, and we apply that same E.M.P.L.O.Y.E.E. governance to whichever execution surface fits your access — Dots, Space, or another tool entirely — not the other way around.
Not an OpenAI partnership, endorsement, or product.
Dots and Space availability is confirmed during scoping, not assumed.
Enterprise Context MCP is an optional context mechanism — checked for compatibility before it's relied on.
Shared context can also come from approved files and documented sources, with or without an MCP connection.
What we don't claim
Universal support for every application or platform.
An existing native integration between Dots and this offer.
Shared memory between every participant and every agent.
That this pilot includes OpenAI subscriptions, seats, or credits.
How Configuration Works
From working session to signed-off delivery.
Every tier follows the same governed sequence. Timelines are agreed during scoping — not promised in advance.
Step 1
Working session
Define the responsibility, its boundaries, and the human owner together.
Step 2
Authorized access
Confirm which tools, files, and data the AI Employee may use — nothing assumed.
Step 3
Supervised testing
Run the task with review at every checkpoint before it touches real work.
Step 4
Sign-off & handover
You approve the AI Employee Passport before it counts as delivered.
ARCHAI WORLD · CONNECTED DELIVERY PATHS
Build the capability. Or start with one industry mission.
Choose the path that matches what you want to own: the AI Employee capability, or the reviewable outcome of one bounded mission.
AI Employee · Guided build and handover
Work with us to design a responsibility, configure it on agreed tools, test it with your team and hand over its AI Employee Passport. Your team operates the capability within the agreed scope.
Existing build tiers: US$3,645 · US$10,935 · US$32,805. One-time; scope and included access vary by tier.
Start with one industry decision, test its workflow in a bounded pilot, or continue with managed evidence and review support. This is a separately scoped service, with its own delivery and billing terms.
A Studio mission does not include an AI Employee build package. An AI Employee build does not automatically include a Studio mission service or recurring support. Any transition, additional access or commercial credit must be agreed explicitly.
Investment Tiers
Choose your workforce path.
Three tiers. All built on the ARCHAI WORLD™ governance framework. Every AI Employee you build here can scale into a full enterprise deployment.
Tier I — Entry
Build Your First AI Employee™
One governed AI Employee, self-deployed on the tools you already have access to.
$3,645
one-time
—One guided build session with an ARCHAI WORLD architect
—A completed AI Employee Passport for your chosen task — role, inputs, and approval points
—Governance policy template applied to that task
—Deployment on the tools you already have access to — no Studio or MCP access included
—Credit toward Core tier if you upgrade within 90 days

What each part of the ecosystem actually does here.
This page is where you buy your first AI Employee. The pieces below only apply within the scope of the tier you enroll in — none of them are included automatically.
ARCHAI WORLD Studio
Where Core and Premium AI Employees get built, tested, and reviewed — mission design and structured, reviewable execution.
An optional context mechanism for Premium engagements. Compatibility and access are checked during scoping, not assumed. The documentation lists the current tools and connections.
The professionals and companies that build AI Employees first will move faster, operate cheaper, and execute at a level others cannot match. The window for first-mover advantage in the agentic economy is open now.
Move faster than your competitors — AI Employees execute in seconds. Your human team executes in hours. The gap compounds every day.
02
Operate at a fraction of the cost — One AI Employee can absorb hours of manual execution per month, reviewed by a human before it counts.
03
Extend with a defined scope — Clone your AI Employees across departments, markets, and functions. Expand with explicit scope, capacity, integration and review costs.
04
Governance from day one — Every AI Employee is designed with a documented role, authority limits, and human review. Technical audit trails are recorded only where the configured system supports them.

Questions
Before you enroll.
Is this software or a service?
You're buying accompaniment. We work with you inside a real session to define, configure, and test one responsibility — not a self-serve tool.
Do I need OpenAI Dots or ChatGPT Space to start?
No. We apply the same governance to whichever execution surface fits your access — Dots, Space, or another tool entirely. Availability is confirmed during scoping, not assumed.
Who reviews the AI Employee's work?
A human owner you name signs off before anything counts as delivered. Every AI Employee Passport documents that review step.
What happens after I choose a tier?
A working session is scheduled after enrollment. That session defines the role; configuration and testing follow on an agreed timeline.
Can I start with one responsibility and add more later?
Yes. Tier I includes a credit toward Tier II if you upgrade within 90 days.
How does this differ from a Studio industry pilot?
An AI Employee guided build focuses on a capability your team will operate: role design, configuration, testing and passport handover within the selected tier. A Studio industry pilot focuses on one bounded mission and its reviewable deliverable. They have separate scopes, billing and access terms.
Does the $997 monthly service include building an AI Employee?
No. It covers managed support for one agreed Studio workflow, with agreed volume and review cadence. Initial setup or a guided employee build is separate unless expressly included in your proposal.
Which passport do I receive?
The AI Employee Passport describes the agent's responsibility, inputs, authority and human review. A Candidate Evidence Passport in a Talent mission describes a candidate's professional evidence and open validation questions. These are different deliverables.
ARCHAI WORLD™ · AI Employee System™
Choose the responsibility. Define the conditions for trust.
Every AI Employee we build starts the same way: one real task, one accountable owner, and a passport that makes its authority explicit before it executes anything. Start with one.
